welcome to my hellhole

Happy (Slightly Late) Pride Month!

I don't talk about it much on my blog, but I'm LGBTQIA+ myself. I can't be bothered to figure it out, but all I know is that I don't care if it's a girl, trans girl, guy, trans guy, non-binary, whatever; gender is unimportant to me.

But, other than myself, most (if not all) of my friends are LGBTQIA+. I also have LGBTQIA+ family members and live near P-Town, which is pretty much the gay central of the U.S.

Supporting the LGBTQIA+ community and other minorities has always been a big focus for me, because I think everyone deserves right am a decent human being with basic morals.

I also want to acknowledge that it's men's mental health month as well. Although pride month is, in my opinion, more important, men's mental health is also a topic that deserves more awareness. As a male who has numerous mental health struggles, I sometimes find it difficult to open up for fear of being seen as "less of a man".

Check in on the men and LGBTQIA+ people in your life and ask how they're doing.

Have a great pride month and men's mental health month. :)
